A new 94-room hotel in the heart of Budapest, conceived as a layered, generous escape — rich in texture, soft in light, anchored in craft.

Hôtel You Budapest is part of the YOU hotel collection. Interior design by a Paris-based design studio, with the local architecture agency D55. The project spans 4,594 m² across guest rooms, suites, a lobby, lounge, dining and wellness spaces.

Reshape MC brought the design to life on the ground. From the architects' plans, we handled the full design coordination — sourcing suppliers and subcontractors (with alternatives and price negotiations where it mattered), aligning every material and finish with the design intent, and directly supervising the build throughout three years on site.

Every space is composed around the warmth of natural materials — terrazzo, stone, fluted wood, brushed metal — paired with quietly considered lighting and a restrained palette. The result is a hotel that feels both rooted in its city and entirely its own.
